Multiple sclerosis (MS) and anti-phospholipid syndrome (APS) are chronic, immune-mediated, relapsing-remitting disorders affecting young adults. APS is characterized by thrombosis pregnancy mortality associated with antibodies. The diagnosis of may be difficult, it not uncommon for patients to misdiagnosed multiple sclerosis. In this case report, we describe a patient who was diagnosed as having eleven-year. Initially, the had neurological deficits courses, like MS but he classic magnetic resonance imaging appearance absence oligoclonal bands in cerebrospinal fluid.
